Liliana Penagos is a Colombian designer, animator, illustrator, and muralist who has spent the past 15+ years creating colorful, fun, energetic work for everyone from major brands to independent galleries and creative community spaces.
For this four-wall mega-masterpiece, Liliana wanted to share the story of what made her fall in love with Atlanta. Its many green spaces, its architecture, but most of all the people who give the city its life and truly unique character. She combined that with her personal love of playful design, food, and everyday moments that connect us all. For Liliana, Atlanta will always be colorful, welcoming, and alive with possibility.
Throughout the work, you’ll spot Atlanta staples, skyline landmarks, and characters dressed to impress in their best snack-inspired fits, fully embracing the joy of the moment, with ATL’s hometown classic, Coca-Cola, in hand.
